The Benson Companies is proud to announce the addition of our in house Quality Assurance/Warranty Department. The rationale of creating a Quality Assurance Team and performing internal inspections/orientations are to develop a theme of minimal to zero defects and build the home right the first time. When a minimal to zero-defect construction theme becomes an important goal construction errors can be reduced substantially. It is our goal to deliver to each homeowner a minimal construction defect-free home.
In keeping with our company’s goal of delivering quality built homes in a stress free building environment, for you, our homebuyer, we have developed a systematic process to ensure that your home is delivered to you with the highest quality and on time. The Benson Companies is known for establishing realistic customer expectations and delivering on those expectations.
- Quality Assurance Manager inspects the home using QA Checklist and inspecting over 550 items usually two weeks prior to settlement.
- Inspection will result in checklist being prepared indicating all of the items to be completed, corrected or replaced by the construction team.
- Ensure the home is 100% complete for Pre Settlement Orientation and delivery.
- Do not deliver a home before it is ready! The exception being documented weather related conditions and/or supplier back ordered items.

- Pre-move in inspection the day of settlement.
